Seller's Notes:Drop-leaf dining room tables are ideal for a small kitchen, dining room, and/or studio apartment (turning from a two seater to a four seater). [height 30"; width 42" (leaves opened)/width 28" (leaves closed); 42" length] The table has two chips in the crevices of the table where the leaves drop (visible also when upright) and a scratch at the head of the table yet still in excellent condition. Nothing not easily varnished/restored. The chairs (2) are in like new to near perfect condition. No visible signs of damage on seats, back, or legs. The item is listed as a set but I am completely flexible to other options/offers. This item has traveled with me through a few different boroughs and given its age (six), I believe that it has held the test of time and will continue to do so.
