Seller's Notes:I bought this sofa in November of 2023 and have reached the need for a larger sectional with a growing family. The sofa is in good condition. There are no stains or odors that I'm aware of. It does have exposure to a dog (with very short hair) and a cat (normal length cat hair), but we generally vacuum it once every week or two when we turn the cushion.
