CB2 Brace Dining Table
Product details
Seller's Notes:Switching up our space and this table no longer fits :/ It has served us well for dining and working for several years and it is in excellent condition. There are a few small scratches on the glass but only noticeable when really looking for them and easily covered with placemats (if that's your style). Seats 4 comfortably but we have hosted as many as 6 guests if 2 people don't mind straddling the legs. I tried to photograph the scratches. There seem to be 3 in total. Very hard to capture on glass. Feel free to email with additional questions - or stop by for a look if you are nearby. Original CB2 description: Clearly architectural. For designer Ceci Thompson, the thrill of her midcentury-inspired design is in the reveal. Inspired by the cross-brace construction of the John Hancock building in Chicago, this sculptural diner makes its framework the focus. A clear round of non-tempered glass floats on a base of mixed materials. Solid oak panels compose a striated effect of tone and grain, reinforced by a center cross base of iron with brushed nickel finish. Scaled compact to dine four comfortably in small spaces. • Designed by Ceci Thompson • Top is a 47-inch floating round of non-tempered glass • Base is composed of solid oak and rubberwood panels with clear lacquer finish, revealing a striated effect of tone and grain • Reinforced with iron cross brace with brushed nickel finish • Seats up to four • Clean glass with a damp cloth or glass cleaner • Wipe base clean with damp or dry cloth • Made in Vietnam
