Seller's Notes:This is the Avec sofa from CB2. I bought it in 2010, and it has spent some time in storage, which has kept it young-looking. It's very cozy; it's great for sitting or for napping. It's covered in grey microfiber, and I Scotchguarded it when I bought it (a friend once spilled an entire container of chicken and broccoli on it and it wiped off easy with no spot left behind). I've kept it very clean and tidy! It's never been exposed to cigarette smoke or pets. There is a small tear on the corner (it happened in my last move), shown in the photos below.
