Seller's Notes:Chestnut top grain leather sofa with ottoman and cylinder pillows. As you can see from the photos, this is an apartment with cats. There are some scratches from my cats attempting to jump onto the loveseat from various angles and slipping. They have not intentionally tried using it as a cat scratcher, but four years of poorly-executed zoomies can impact even the best leather. I have tried to be thorough with the photos. I think an ideal buyer of this piece is an apartment-dweller with a dust mite allergy who is looking for an affordable leather sofa for allergen control and who has cats or dogs. Because there are already some scratches, psychologically, you won't be in "I must protect my sofa at all costs" mode. The sofa itself is, apart from the cosmetic issues, in great condition. Burrow said to wipe the loveseat regularly with a damp cloth and to avoid commercial leather conditioners because they can cause too much wear to the surface over time. I bought this loveseat in 2022 after spending months trying to find a leather sofa that could fit into my apartment, as I have a dust mite allergy and can't do fabrics. When my office went back onsite most of the time, I stopped using the loveseat as much because I prefer decompressing with a yoga mat, and I currently just use it to attend a weekly telehealth appointment. Selling this is part of my plan to downsize to an armchair and reclaim more apartment floor space.
