Seller's Notes:Quality set of furniture in need of some TLC.. Chair backings need repair/replacing and chair coverings can be replaced too.. Edge of table is worn, but with some time and effort it could be sanded and painted.. Top of table is in very good condition Table has center leaf that can be removed.. It is currently in storage in my garage with the legs removed so the measurements are estimated.. Actual measurements can be provided
