Seller's Notes:Fabulous Boconcept Futon. Has dual adjustable arm rests. Has hidden legs in two zippered compartments in the rear that open up to a full size bed measuring 77 x 49. Features easy to clean dark brown fabric, sturdy brushed stainless legs and a soft Scandinavian memory foam that is great for sitting, lounging and sleeping on. A great multi functional piece for any New York apartment. Item was treated at the time of purchase with a Guardsman Furniture Protector spray. Over the years there are minor stains on the seat, some scratches on the metal legs and piling of the fabric. However its dark color, protective spraying and careful usuage in a smoke/pet free house makes it look almost brand new.
