Seller's Notes:We are selling a dark brown pebble leather Chateau d'Ax sectional and ottoman (http://www.chateau-dax.it/en/). While this sectional was perfect for our prior apartment and by far our most comfortable piece of furniture, our designer has convinced us to purchase something larger. The sectional has very minor wear that is not noticeable to anyone unless it is closely inspected (~2 inches of the stitching in the corner by the right arm is loose and there are two pen top sized nicks on the top of the ottoman. Dimensions: Sectional Sofa--120"Wx34"Hx84"D (chaise)/38"D (sofa) & Ottoman--74"Wx28"Dx17"H. The ottoman fills the L-shaped gap along the sofa portion which creates a useful guest bed.
