Seller's Notes: Gorgeous black faux leather futon, an excellent addition to any studio or smaller room in crowded New York City apartments. This futon was purchased a few years ago (end of 2011) and is in perfect condition - it was rarely sat upon and used more as a shelf. It folds flat to be used as a temporary, twin-sized bed when the need arises. I am selling the futon because I am moving out of New York and it would cost too much to ship. Overall it has been a great addition to my apartments over the years, and I am sad to part with it.
