Seller's Notes:Extremely comfortable and well-built, this sofa has been a perfect piece of furniture for the last seven years. Now that I've decided to renovate my apartment, it's time to replace this couch with something that will match the new look. The sofa has been exposed to furry friends and (as shown in the picture) has minor snags in the fabric on the arms. Also, sadly, a lousy sublet put a cigarette burn in one of the cushions. Aside from that, this couch has been in a non-smoking environment and has no odor attached to it.
