Baker furniture is known within the industry for exceptional craftsmanship, manufactured in Allegan, Michigan.
Originally was in my great grandparents mansion located on East avenue Rochester NY. Purchased in the 1950s.
It is 3 pieces that fit together with tongue and groove top, has silver hardware. Michael Taylor incorporated a variety of woods in his creations including: Walnut, burl, mahogany, ebonized wood and teak.
Sideboard has two pair of hinged doors with large escutcheons opening on left to reveal two storage areas each having a shelf. There are three drawers on the right side, one for flatware, with a storage area beneath. This measures 79 1/2" L x 18" W x 34" H. Baker Furniture plaque is on an inside drawer Condition: Fine condition, unaltered, someminor imperfections
