Seller's Notes:Selling my sectional due to moving. I have two cushions/sofa seats for the couch (not the chase, just the two other pieces) that are literally brand new and still in the factory bag cover. They were given to me from the furniture store as extra. This item is pretty much in mint condition, the seat cushions (where you sit) will be brand new, only the chase will have been used for a year. The faux leather is also mint, no scratches. The dimensions listed are just for the 2 piece sofa, please look at the link for the chase dimensions.
