Seller's Notes:My boyfriend and I purchased this sectional sofa on Apt2b prior to moving into our apartment in Williamsburg, Brooklyn just one month ago. The sofa is BRAND NEW and only arrived to our apartment on Monday 5/23. Unfortunately, when we were searching for a sectional sofa, we were given the wrong floor plan/dimensions of our apartment and purchased a sofa that is simply too large for our space. The sofa is in perfect condition, as I mentioned, brand new, and has not been exposed to smoke, dust, pets etc. We are very interested in selling this sofa ASAP as we hope to be able to order a new one that actually fits in our space.
