This sleeper sofa has been well cared for and gently used as main living room couch in a NYC apartment for a single person and a small French Bulldog (no cats). Used for TV watching and for occasional guests. Being replaced for a change in decor. The upholstery is warm beige, and easy to clean and the pull out bed is full sized and perfect for a small apartment, guest room or living room. Please note that the fold out bed on American Leather sofas is super comfortable! It has no spring or bars and is easy to open up and pull out and close.
