No scratches or stains. 2 sets of gray benching chairs (12 individual units total / 6 units in each set) were purchased for our office in NYC, before we decided to go with a different color-scheme. They have never been used. There are no scratches, stains, marks or wrinkles. They are in perfect condition. The benches are comprised of 12 individual chairs. We purchased the chairs new for $488 each. We are open to discussion of cost and quantity.
